Where do you ship?
Currently, BUYMATIC ships exclusively within the United States.
How much does shipping cost, and when will my order arrive?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on every order.
Our delivery process consists of two stages:

- Shipping Transit: 3–5 business days

How do I track my order?

Payments & Security
Which payment methods do you accept?
We securely process payments through Stripe, accepting major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Is my payment information secure?

How do I request a return?
To initiate a return, email support@buymatic.store with your order number and photos of the item, if applicable. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.
